Jalen is a managed AI agent operated by ROIZILLA, LLC ("ROIZILLA", "we") and offered at https://jalen.buzz on a monthly subscription at $299 per month. The subscription provides ongoing access to the agent through the communication channels we support.
The agent drafts, researches, and prepares work autonomously. Actions with external effect — sending messages, spending money, agreeing to terms, publishing content — require explicit approval from the account owner before execution. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the agent's output before relying on it.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. No long-term commitment is required.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to process another party's confidential data without authorization, to generate deceptive or harmful content, or to attempt to extract the agent's underlying models, prompts, or infrastructure.
Content you provide to the agent remains yours. Briefing history and records generated for you are retained per our Privacy Policy and are available to you after cancellation for a reasonable period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; figures and analyses are provided with sources for your verification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROIZILLA, LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
